Where do I download these on Etsy?

1. Monthly statement

Etsy emails the file when it is ready. The name looks like etsy_statement_2026_3.csv. One file is one month, so a year is twelve files. Drop them all.

The first row of that file looks like this

Newer files add Tax Details, Status, and Availability Date. Older files stop at Net. Both are the right file. -- means that cell is empty.

2. Order Items

Under Orders, set CSV type to Order Items and the same month. The name looks like EtsySoldOrderItems2026.csv.

The first row of that file looks like this

The real file keeps going, with the buyer’s address and more. You do not need those columns. If Item Name and Order ID are in the first row, it is the right download.

Orders, Etsy Payments sales, and Etsy Payments deposits are different files. If you drop one of those, this page will say so instead of guessing.

What should I charge for a new product?

Use this before an item has sold. It uses Etsy’s published fees for the country you pick. It is not the price written on an order above.

An order that paid an offsite ad will ask for more, because that ad is already in its fees. Tick the box below to put a 15% offsite ad into this estimate. The margin box beside your orders changes the 25%. Sales tax is left out.
